Hi! I’m the baker behind all the cookies, cupcakes, and late-night “what if I try this?” experiments. I grew up baking — it was always my happy place — and when I was diagnosed with celiac disease, the first thing I thought was, “I’m not giving this up.”

Gluten-free baking is a whole different world. It’s not as simple as switching regular flour for a GF one and hoping for the best. Every recipe takes testing, tweaking, and a whole lot of patience to get the texture just right. I want soft cookies, chewy centers, fluffy cupcakes — all the things gluten-free folks are usually told they can’t have.

So I started experimenting. And then experimenting more. And eventually, what began as a personal mission to recreate the treats I missed turned into something bigger: sharing them with others who just want gluten-free desserts that taste amazing, not “good for gluten-free.”

I bake everything in small batches using high-quality ingredients, because I want every order to feel special. Whether it’s cupcakes for a celebration, cookie sandwiches just because, or a seasonal treat you’ve been waiting for, my goal is always the same: make gluten-free baking feel joyful, not limiting.
